Quick answers to common questions about Halalbrite
How do I create an event?
Simply sign up or log in to your account, click "Create Event" in the navigation menu, and follow our easy step-by-step wizard. You can create your first event in minutes!
What are the platform fees?
We charge €0.50 per paid ticket, plus VAT 23%. The payment processing fees are managed by stripe and can be seen here: https://stripe.com/ie/pricing . Free events have no platform fees! All fees are transparently shown during the event creation process.

We use Stripe Connect for secure payments. Once you connect your Stripe account, payments from ticket sales are automatically transferred to your account.
Can I cancel or refund tickets?
Refunds are handled by the Halalbrite team. To request one, send us a message above with the subject "Refunds & Cancellations" and we'll review your request and process any eligible refund. If an event is cancelled by the organiser you'll receive a full refund. Tickets are also transferable. Please note the payment processing fee is taken by Stripe and is non-refundable, so it is not included in any refund.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely! We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
How can I promote my event?
Every event gets a shareable link. Use our built-in social sharing features to promote on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more!
